A 96GB DDR5 kit is easy to buy and hard to make stable. Hand-tuning timings and voltages held CL34 at 7000 MT/s on a 13900KS — here is what it measured and what it survived.

Capacity and speed are the two numbers printed on the box. Neither tells you whether a kit will actually run at those figures on your board, with your CPU, without falling over eighteen hours into a render.
The Corsair Dominator Titanium 96GB DDR5-7000 kit is aimed at people who have run out of memory rather than people who want a higher number: AI work, 3D rendering, video production, heavy multitasking. 96GB is an unusual capacity — it sits above the 64GB that most enthusiast builds settle on, and below the 128GB that pushes you toward workstation platforms.
What it took to get there
The XMP profile is the starting point, not the destination. Running the kit at its rated speed with the primary timings loosened is straightforward; getting it tight is the work.
Hand-tuning the timings and voltages held a primary CL34 at 7000 MT/s on an Intel Core i9-13900KS. That is the configuration everything below was measured against.

Figures are from AIDA64 on the 13900KS. A 57 ns latency is low for DDR5 at this capacity — dual-rank, high-density kits normally give up some latency in exchange for the capacity, and this one gives up less than expected.
What it survived
Benchmarks establish that a configuration is fast. Stability testing establishes that it is real. The tuned profile was held against:

A memory overclock that passes a ten-minute benchmark and fails overnight is not an overclock, it is a crash waiting for a deadline. The 24-hour run is the part that matters.
Where it lands
Worth it if you have a workload that genuinely wants the capacity, a board and CPU current enough to drive DDR5-7000, and the patience to tune rather than accept XMP.
Skip it if you are buying on the number alone. This is an expensive kit, and it needs recent hardware to reach its rated figures — on an older platform you will pay for headroom you cannot use.
The ICUE-integrated RGB and the build quality are genuinely good, but they are not why you would buy this. The capacity is.
